About the event
The Hardy County Committee on Aging, chartered in the fall of 1973, mission is to assist elderly persons of Hardy County in identifying and effectively developing their skills, potential abilities and personal resources so they may continue to live an independent, purposeful, safe and healthy life style in their own home.
Our mission is supported by such programs as home delivered meals, congregant or on-site meals, grab-n-go meals, In Home Services which provide direct care for client independence and safety as well as provide assistance with Medicare enrollment programs. We also offer social programs such as bingo, bowling, exercise, craft classes and others.
The Hardy County Committee on Aging continues to strive to improve and to grow to meet the needs of our Hardy County Senior Citizens.
